Step inside, and you’ll find a sanctuary of style, simplicity and comfort. Three double bedrooms, each uniquely appointed, await guests, accompanied by three bathrooms boasting modern amenities. While Bedroom 1, the master suite, boasts the largest bathroom(not ensuite), Bedrooms 2 and 3 offer connected bathrooms for added convenience. The sleeping arrangements cater to various needs, with king-sized beds gracing Bedrooms 1 and 3, and a queen-sized bed adorning Bedroom 2. For larger groups, two foldable beds can be added to Bedrooms 1 and 3, while Bedroom 2 can accommodate a baby cot.

Two dining areas beckon guests to savor delicious meals, with one nestled inside the villa and another, larger one situated on the main balcony, perfectly positioned for al fresco dining or sunset soirées.
Nestled within the pedestrian-only village of Plaka, Villa Kappa offers a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. While cars cannot traverse the village’s narrow streets, guests need not worry, as the villa provides two dedicated car spaces in a gated parking lot at the village’s entrance. A mere 2-3 minute stroll from the parking lot to the villa ensures that every journey begins and ends with ease.

Natura is a modern beauty in one of the most serene locations around Milos and maybe the Aegean. The property’s owner and architects have paid attention to all the details and lines. The cubes of the house are mingling with the NATURA side of the landscape, hence the name.
Views of sea and sky are generously offered from all bedrooms and living spaces. Our preferred spot in the entire house would be the small shack near the beach. A perfect location if you want to enjoy your privacy off the beaten track and just sit back and enjoy Greece.
